| PROBLEM: |
Octal
terminations, considered a low cost standard method of soldering
connections in electromechanical relays, timers and switches,
resulted in loose connections, concerns over cross wiring and a very
intense labor factor in circuit assembly.
|
| SOLUTION: |
The
Modor Plastics double-thru pin extension eliminates the need for pigtail
wiring connections in circuit assembly. In conjunction with
the double-thru header, the designer would create printed circuit
board interfaces. The symmetric pin extensions provide a time
saving, cost effectiveway to insure superior connections. |
